Delivery charges
Delivery is a flat ₹49 per order, and free on orders over ₹499. Your delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Production & dispatch
Almost everything we sell is made to order — printed, sublimated or hand-poured for you. Production begins once we have your photos or design and, for personalised items, your approval of the digital proof.
Typical production time: [ADD YOUR PRODUCTION TIME, e.g. 2–4 working days]. Resin items cure over several days and take longer than printing.
Choosing a delivery date
You can select a preferred delivery date at checkout — the earliest available is the next day. For dated occasions, please order with enough lead time for production.

Packaging
Frames, resin and glassware are fragile, so they’re wrapped and packed to travel. If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening if you can — it helps us sort out a replacement quickly.
